It’s not perfect, but It’s memorable

This place has it all! I loved the awesome breakfast and the amazing staff, especially Raphael at the front desk—he deserves a promotion! The housekeeping team was friendly and efficient. Plus, the location near a shopping mall is convenient. I couldn't ask for more from this comfortable stay!

I recently stayed for two nights in a queen room and loved how close I was to Parque Dom Pedro Shopping, just a short walk away, which made for a convenient place to grab some quick bites, and the nearby Stefano's Fazenda was perfect for a leisurely meal after exploring the city.

We enjoyed our two-night stay in a cozy Queen Room. The decor felt modern and fresh, but we were surprised to find that cleaning service needed to be requested. On the plus side, the Italian restaurant on-site served delicious pasta! Future guests should be aware of parking fees.

The Queen Room was really nice, clean and felt pretty modern. The decor was fresh and inviting. I liked that the staff were friendly and the housekeeping was on point. The room was comfy, but I think the cleaning schedule could be a bit better. Overall, good vibes in the room!
