New-fashioned and reasonably spacious rooms with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe. Fantastic location nearby freeway, easy to get around.

Planned to see Campinas major attractions and it was lovely place for visiting all of them. The staff were attentive throughout our stay.

i could see city from the window of the a double room. all the employees were very kind and awesome. i stayed here for 1 day and would definitely come back.

The hotel provided a comfortable and clean room during my Easter holiday. Breakfast was delicious, with a good selection, and the staff were friendly. The location was perfect with easy access to key sightseeing attractions.

The kettle in the room wasn't clean enough to use, which wasn't ideal for making my morning tea. the front desk seemed understaffed during check-out, which caused a bit of a delay.

Our room at Rio Hotel was clean and comfortable, perfect for our stay. The breakfast was delicious and the kitchen team was very helpful and friendly. They even accommodated our special requests. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hygiene of the room was not up to par. The kettle provided in the room was not clean and had mold spots which made me uneasy about using it.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, offering support with various requirements. parking is convenient, and the quality of dinner and breakfast is outstanding, with a pleasant fragrance in the towels.

Some guests had to wait longer than anticipated during check-out due to understaffing at the front desk.
